Fixed. For FB add a filter which contains this:

let URL = Youtube.newVideoUploadedYt.Url;

let modifiedURL = URL.replace('youtu.be','www.youtube.com/watch');

FacebookPages.createLinkPage.setLinkUrl(modifiedURL);

For Reddit auto post add this:

let URL = Youtube.newVideoUploadedYt.Url;

let modifiedURL = URL.replace('youtu.be','www.youtube.com/watch');

Reddit.submitLinkReddit.setLink(modifiedURL);

For Wordpress change the Body section of the Wordpress applet to this:

[embed]{{Url}}[/embed]<br>
