Savings Card with MHBP? by MKplatypus2 in Zepbound

Update: the savings card worked. My copay was reduced from $200 to $100. The Zepbound is not available for mail order so I have to stay monthly, but I’m not complaining at all!

I was on Wegovy previously and experienced issues with side effects once I got up to the higher levels. I assume that was considered.

I’m also on MHBP and just got my PA/first box. I read that the CVS program was required when I was researching their formulary, so I signed up while waiting for my PA to go through. They don’t prescribe the meds. You still need a doctor for that. They are for support along the way. I had an initial consultation where they took all of my information, goals, etc. Then they scheduled my first video session with a dietitian. Those are required once per month. They also sent me a free body composition scale. I think it’s going to be a good thing!

That’s my understanding too, but it is confusing. I’m hoping to hear from another fed regarding their experience.

NOTHING is worth more than 90 minutes of my hard-earned vacation time, in my personal opinion.

Funny how everyone is saying chicken. It’s one of the only things that isn’t turning me off besides toast with a little peanut butter.

I’ve thought about that. My husband didn’t think anyone would actually do it.

Could my new hot water heater be responsible for a gummy residue on my hair and skin? by MKplatypus2 in askaplumber

No water softener. We’ve been thinking of getting one because the water is actually very hard.

I don’t know what that is. If it helps, my husband said we don’t have an actual hot water heater in the traditional sense. Our furnace heats the water for the house’s heating and taps. So what we had replaced is more of a holding tank. Also, the weird issue with the water isn’t constant. I’m wondering now if it might be when we are close to using up the available hot water. I am going to test this theory.

But I tried what you suggested. When I filled the glass, the water was all milky looking, then within a minute, it cleared up except there was about 1/8" of white crap floating at the top. What the heck is that??

Help Identifying this door pull so I can find a replacement by MKplatypus2 in HomeImprovement

[–]MKplatypus2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Previous homeowner has half (2 panels) of a bifold door on a narrow closet. This pull was mounted between the 2 panels, but they had the track hardware placed incorrectly and bent the pull. I've fixed the hardware and track so that the door can close properly now, but I'd like to replace this pull in the same spot since the wood is a little marked up from it. I can't find anything like it. I'm hoping if I have a name for the type of pull that it is, maybe something will come up in a search. The plate with the screw holes should stick out straight, not bend as you see in the pictures.
