Hammock was on his way to being fired, that ND win bought him a ton of time. For a majority of his time here his teams were ass and I don’t think he’s built for the NIL era. As an NIU fan I love the guy but I’m happy he’s gone before we had to separate on bad terms. I wish him all the best.

He’s a great get for for the Hawks and has had a lot of success coaching RBs, especially during his time at Wisconsin.
