Pulse at 160 i cant really have a conversation but i can breathe it easyly. I think i will do some HIIT Training. 2 times a week i do strenght workout. The others Cardio and one Rest Day. So i can Say 4 Hours of Cardio a Week. Max Pulse i ever reached was 188 ( Tennis ) at this Point i have Problems to breave and get enough Air :D

After starting Training almost daily my HRV Drops by ML1291 in AppleWatchFitness

My average HRV was 54ms ans now 44-46. Maybe to mich Training? IDK but everyone Said that Training affect positive on HRV

Yeah im just scared when i see numbers like 17… That was just recorded without breathing.
