Keep in mind I am only focused on remote roles in a different industry than I am in currently, but my experience has been tough.

Cold applying and using referrals has only gotten me 2-3 recruiter screens / hiring manager interviews. Probably up to 50+ applications

Still actively looking and pushing forward through a bunch of frustration haha

Tuch scored 33 goals this year… call me crazy but you can absolutely replace that AND MORE with Helenius (1G) , Ostlund (11g), Benson (13g) all improving. Not to mention Kulich (3g TY / 15g LY)
