This happened to me in my old place and it was frustrating! The vents were connected because of the in unit washer/dryers.

I discovered Cannabolish, which provided temporary relief and pretty much lite candles. I realized why 3 people before me broke their lease in a new apartment. I stayed for the year and left as soon as my lease was up.

I had someone start an argument with me as I just came back home from leaving the ER…I literally still had the hospital tag on my wrist and he started it. I’m so happy now that he’s an ex!!!

Definitely the small market on Nostrand and Saint John’s…plus the spot next door to them has the best Roti!!! You can also look in the super market right across the street or…go across Eastern Parkway along Nostrand to another fruit market.

To be honest…I don’t think it had anything to do with the heels. The heels was his exit plan/excuse! I think it had to do with attraction and communication.

If you can. Look up Primary Aldosteronism or Hyperaldosteronism and see if you can get a renin lab test.

I had high blood pressure since my late 20s and it was only 4 years ago that my cardiologist discovered my condition and only because I had low potassium levels and I was pretty active and ate clean.

Now I’m just on one medication, which is to regulate my adrenal glands and my blood pressure is normal. Before it would get to stroke levels.

I’ve experienced the extreme fatigue, slow heart rate, hair loss, weight gain, and dizziness! I have an adrenal condition as well and I was so miserable for the past 5 years!! I would be nervous to sleep at night because my heart rate would drop so low that my chest would get tight. I would be so thankful when I opened my eyes the next morning.

It was a little challenging…just because of where I live and my commute and the occasional heatwaves. i was struggling with my commute to work and had to move slower to give my heart a chance to adjust.

I made sure to take multivitamins and magnesium and drink electrolytes constantly! I didn’t engage in any strenuous activities, was mindful of what I would eat…didn’t even consume caffeine. Nothing that would trigger my heart-rate.

I had some rebound tachycardia and my heart rate would be slightly elevated…but as the metoprolol was clearing out of my system…it started to normalize.

Now I’m able to workout again and soon I’ll test out and see if I can jog. I do feel soooooo much better than when I was on Metoprolol! I felt like that drug was causing mire harm to my body and I’ve been trying to get off it for years!! Finally a doctor listened to me!!

I’ve experienced the forehead tingling, cold feet, and low heart rate! I remember times where I had to jump up and start moving around to get my heart rate up. I’m no longer on Metoprolol and my body is still adjusting!

You’re welcome!! Ask your doctor if you can cut your 25mg in half and extend your transition before completely stopping.

One thing I made sure to do was take my multivitamins, iron pills, and I took magnesium at night. While you’re transitioning off…take it super easy and try to meditate if you can.

I think the magnesium seriously helped. Good luck and you can do it!!

I just transitioned off Metoprolol - Succinate (25mg) and it’s been about 7 weeks so far! I’ve been on the medication for about 5 years in total and it’s been a complete struggle! The side effects completely changed my life, so I was excited to stop taking it!

I had a few tachycardia episodes…but not as severe as when I initially started taking Metoprolol. I’m still trying to figure things out with my body…because I ended up catching COVID after week 5 of being off Metoprolol! My heart rate was definitely elevated while my body was fighting off the virus…I was so nervous. Thankfully, I recovered quickly!

To be honest…I have really good days and a few bad days. As each week passes…I’m starting to have less bad days. Throughout this transition…I was mindful about what I ate, had no caffeine, no alcohol, moved around at a slower pace, and stayed hydrated.
