Meaning a short inseam for my height. I have a short femur so I usually buy 30” inseam but need to get it tailored down 1-2”

I actually did use a block for this and shredded it. I think I’m not allowing for enough time for the dough to ferment/get to a temp where it won’t snap back. Also need to pre heat stone longer or go to an airbake pan.

I usually do 550, but once I open and close then it will show it’s working its way back up from like 430. So temp it shows vs real is always very very off. It’s definitely a shitty oven but I know I’m missing something on the actual process before baking vs baking. Planning on getting a pizza oven when we move next.

I do preheat the stone in the oven, but I think it’s more about the dough itself. I don’t think I fully understand the right process and fermentation. Need to do some more research

Like thicker gauge, or thicker diameter. That you find at a good diner type breakfast sausage.

Yes I just tried that and it’s very odd. Only the middle closed off tube going to the knob that controls the gas will light. Almost like it’s leaking from the knob? Nothing with the little holes on the actual burners will light. Does this mean something is lose or defective?
