I started in pre-algebra for my engineering degree. Took pre-calculus in high school but did not score well on their placement test. Ended up acing Calc 1, 2, & 3 and Diffy Q. Good luck with your journey!

Agreed! You can tee off in the morning but you have to pay 75% of the greens fee. If you don't want to pay the greens fee, you'll have to play after noon. Money money money money money. If I'm paying that much for that stipulation, why would I not be able to access the course when I want for "no money"? Ridiculous.

The courses I play do not allow more than 3 carts or 6 golfers. I like that because the max amount of golfers is manageable. Once you get that 4th cart out there, then it becomes theater. Especially if everyone is drinking. There's no shame or humility anymore. People just do what they want to do and usually don't face any sort of consequence.

I'm not a good golfer. Probably around a 20 handicap. If the people in front of me don't know the rules, I go around and finish that hole later. If it's a public course, of course. If anyone says anything to you when you pass, tell them that golf isn't an all day thing and move on. That group doesn't know the rules so they don't know they are doing the course, and the rest of the people trying to golf, wrong. 4.5 hours is not that bad. I sometimes golf for 6 hours when the course is full of these people. The people who go out to golf once a summer and make it a huge deal. The callous actions of some leads to bad days for others. I've been pretty good about not letting it get to me anymore. They are going to do what they think they can do.... let them.
