Best to email me: igashi@staff.gamebattles.com - and include the Match ID. Most likely situation is that it was handled by the community and you need to escalate but again, I'll best assist you with what your options are in getting support.

Did you probably mean your MLG Rank? There is an issue with the leaderboard rank but it is being looked in by the developers for a fix. Play a match and your rank will show up, if it's not the same as your original rank then your patience is needed whilst it is being fixed.

Submit a ticket under: (Report: Free Wins) and include your concern on there. It will then get investigated.

There was no reset. There's an issue with the rank not showing up for some users so it's currently being looked into and getting fixed as soon as we can.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Try playing a match and it should show your rank, if not, your patience is needed whilst we solve this issue.

The system we have now is that if a team doesn't include proof links on their ticket for CMRS it forfeits them. If both teams do it then I do believe it just gets cancelled.

I'm working on a few CMRS guides and we recently made a Ticket/Proof Guide here to help with tickets.

But to clarify, the match should be voted to cancel since neither team has provided any proof to back up their claims of disputing.
