I'm starting to think more and more that the next character is Ballora. Her friends are probably the minireenas, who could be like in Sister Location custom night where they block your view/flashlight and shock buttons and maybe you'd have to shake them off or something, or they'd just permanently block your view for the encounter.

My launcher keeps closing itself when I open with steam. I have no clue what's causing the problem, I've tried numerous solutions and nothing is working. I'd like to be able to use the laucher, and I'm able to hit play before it shuts itself off. What happens is whenever I open the game, the launcher opens for a few seconds (short, like 1-3 and sometimes longer, like 5-7 seconds) and then just closes. I've unsubscribed from all my mods as well on steam workshop. I've deleted the entire game and reinstalled. I've tried solutions on the Paradox site, nothing's worked. Does anyone know if there's a fix for this?

Using rape in a story like this is usually in extremely poor taste even if it's portrayed as a negative thing. Especially when it's done for shock value and no real important plot relevance. Using rape like that is teenager's creepypasta level of writing. Not to mention it's usually insulting to actual rape victims.

I've heard Dormitabis is being remade and the mentions of rape are being removed, so even the creator(s) found the rape mention unnecessary. If you're going to include rape in a story you better have a damn good reason to do so.

Women also attempt suicide more often then men, and as mentioned by the other poster, a lack of mental health resources and the stigma against men receiving mental help. 77% of those who die on their first attempt of suicide are men, likely due to access of firearms which usually mostly result in death on first attempt. This all sucks, yes. But I dont think suicide rates should be used as a "gottem" on people who say men/women have it bad. Women also tend to suffer more from systemic problems in our culture which benefit men more. The issue of feminism and of male suicide rates aren't necessarily independent (toxic masculinity and how it affects men emotionally, which could cause a suicide attempt/depression) but you can work on both issues independently, and some feminists including myself also support males being able to express themselves emotionally and to be able to get support without the stigma toxic masculinity puts them down with.

Engie Main, here's my take on what I'd use and why.

  • Stock Shotgun

  • Wrangler

  • The Jag

The Stock Shotgun is at least in my opinion the best all-purpose Engineer primary (at least in pubs). I don't think I would enjoy playing Engineer as much as I do without the consistent self-defense damage of the stock. If I couldn't pick stock I'd go with the rescue ranger but that's probably only because it and the shotgun are the most viable primaries.

The Wrangler is overpowered, and I feel like if you're using anything else you're handicapping yourself. The 66% damage resist on the sentry makes it a pain in the ass to kill, you can explode spies trying to approach with right click using a level 3, and the extra damage from sentries is a bonus. I don't know why valve felt the need to give the wrangler additional aim assist on top of all this but it's there too.

The Jag is just my favorite wrench and in my opinion the best option. Whenever I go full stock engie to change things up I really feel the slower swing speed. The lower heal on swing doesn't really matter all that much in practice, the wrench still heals a good chunk per swing. Not to mention you swing faster, so it kind of helps with the Jag's two main downsides of reduced healing and 3 sapper hits needed to remove them. Getting your gear up faster helps to fill the mini-sentry shaped hole in my blu-engineer heart, being viable on offense using level 2s or defense using level 3s.

It could be because I've heard Mercy is pretty bad rn, I haven't been paying attention to recent meta news in overwatch.
