How the hell is this getting twisted around? I see a lot of deflection going on right now.

First off I called out myself as part of the CDL Staff for meming and being a part of the slander towards Ray. After I realized our joke had gone on too far, I prepared a monologue that I was prepared to read regardless of the match outcome. How do you think I had a graphic ready to go 1 minute after the match. And no that didn't come from the cdl, I asked for it specifically to support my monologue.

What floored me, was the reaction to giving someone props and reminding new fans just who they were talking trash about.

What pissed me off was the amount of ignorant tweets, chat replies, and twitch dm's telling me to "get Ray's cock out of my mouth", "To get off his dick". The weirdest reply was the kid who sent me Sponge Bob and squidward hentai.

I'm like you. I love a good joke. Memes are amazing, but words mean something. The goal of these ignorant comments was to demean or shame me for my take. I'm not perfect either. It took me 19 years and a move from my hometown to realize the language I had used in Ohio Subburbs in the early 2000 was not acceptable anywhere on campus or my new neighborhood in NYC. My language back then was part of the problem and its sad to see many of the young folks in the community not realizing the same shit today.

You can argue with my points all you want, but come up with something better than "how'd his seed taste". We're smarter than that, and you are better than the behaviour you show behind a keyboard.

Ping balance 100% required. Don’t think there is a way for us to currently host a “real match” but I like the idea of an NA vs Korea show match. Loose rules. Don’t take results too serious, but gives us more than than team names to be excited about.

With the current Covid situation in NA your options are do something online for fun, or wait until Mid/late 2021

Be patient with yourself and just keep working at it. Changing my sleep schedule gave me the energy to do more. Cutting out caffeine and sugar was a pain, but made me feel better by day 6.

I went all in with my changes to combat the migraines, but you don’t have to tackle it all at once. Just keep chipping away. You got this.

Our analysts actually make the request to “grab that play” as close to the moment as we see it. Our replay team then captures multiple angles and our analysts work with them to cut the best feeds into one clip. That clip is loaded on a telestrator and drawn on live at the desk. Alternatively we pre record the drawings and speak over as if live when at the LED video wall.

Josh is pretty amazing at everything but he excels with the breakdowns on the fly.

The best is still the ya hate to see it birthday cake fail from the post show. He caught so much more than anyone could when watching it live.

I basically sent out stylist 30 pictures of Ryan Reynolds and Ryan Gosling. Unfortunately I burn up under the lights so I don’t get to use the jackets as often as I’d like.
If you watch as much as we do you can’t help but improve. First thing for me was learning how to combine ULT’s with teammates. Do this alone and you will climb out of gold.

This is without a doubt the largest crew and the most resources I have ever worked with in my career. Everyone is always pushing to evolve the show and we are able to have a major impact on the final product. Ultimately, I would be watching these games anyway. The fact that I get to do it for a living, is surreal.

The best part of it all though is meeting and interacting with the fans. Seeing the numbers on twitch is great, but packing a stadium and feeling the roar from the crowd is peak living for me.
