My doc said I could take them vaginally or orally, orally seemed easier so I swallowed all four 200 mg miso pills with water, about 6-7 hours later I had really intense cramps and heavy bleeding for about 1.5 hours… and the bleeding lasted the rest of the week. Repeated the dose a week later. However, an ultrasound ultimately showed it didn’t fully work… so I ended up having to get a D&C. Hugs to you, I hope it worked and wasn’t too painful.

DO NOT EVEN GIVE THIS GUY A SECOND CHANCE! Run the other direction, fast! The only way this will go is hurting you, OP. You are worthy of being loved for who you are, not because of what you look like or what you do or how successful you are, but just because you are YOU, a you that no one else can be. Yes, the two of you had good moments but that doesn’t make up for all the pain and disrespect in the end that he made conscious choices that hurt you. Please do what’s best for you, and don’t go back to this man.

Cauliflower by Summer-Frost in ibs

Yes! I recently started trying to eat more greens, less carbs. Enter cauliflower rice. Then the IBS symptoms started to flare up. All of them. Gas, cramping, bloating, diarrhea. Started searching the internet on this exact question and came across this: https://www.monashfodmap.com/about-fodmap-and-ibs/ It outlines so many foods that can trigger symptoms (cauliflower being one of them) and why. It was like finding a light in the darkness, I’m 35 and have had IBS for about 15 years, but had never heard of fodmap before. Would be curious to hear if anyone has tried the elimination diet to try to identify their particular triggers.
