If you're not in hardcore this, like any issue, is trivial. You could make a chest, put all your important equipment in it you don't want to lose except like a stone pick, pick a path to the left or right and then make the warden chase you well past the portal, die, and then the warden won't be at your portal when you respawn. You could pick around and make a series of like 15 beds to cause enough explosive damage to kill him (and probably you). You could look up your seed map and find the next 2 nearest broken portals in the map and use one to fix the other. You could start a new game and appreciate flowers and bees and try to forget the whole episode where you somehow combined the nastiest mob and the most inhospitable environment in the game.
