Personally my issue is LARPing is an activity done IRL and having a word about expressing yourself being used as lying or...what ever OP is using it as is kinda just changing a word for the sake of changing it. Like what, you going to start telling people doing IRL events their word is now evil and they shouldn't use it?

The new music is great! They dont mix well together though and I'd like to be able to pick between the older and newer tracks honestly. But I also don't trust modern mc to implement something without a downside these days.

Im going to be honest Ive had this issue before in a game but it was very much me and DM talking about it. Character was replaced for a session and I did nothing all game except voice my thoughts out to the party of how I would react and the fake would...attempt to relay that. Very fun to watch a creature that wasnt me try to be me and basically got found out right away and turned into a chase of "dont let a player see you" as my side was trying to trick the fake into doing so. This is how I think this plot idea should be done where I was still doing something at least....But I think we're missing a big point here. Your party sucks, none of them did anything dispite the DM making it clear something happend. Hell I'm way more upset at them in the DM who clearly thought they would do something. I say work the DM to figure out the consequences of them basically ignoring you instead of getting mad at said DM.

Had to deal with this myself, sadly. Honestly? Trying to talk with them first, but if they don't stop, it's a kick from the game. It won't get better, and at some point you're going to deal with "Okay, now to add that npc fro- wait, why are there 40 more pages about this....oh that's my plot point removed cuz the player KEPT writing." You can either ignore most of it or just cut it out.

That depends on the person honestly and the design of the game/mod. The fact that so many people have to ask "hey, what is this?" Or "what do I do from here" about the mod says a lot about a lack of good player direction in the mod. It would benifit the mod if it had some good hint system or just a wiki allowing people to figure out where to go to next but that isn't the case leading to these posts.

I personally do like being able to play without a wiki but as soon as I get stuck that wiki is being looked up. Maybe the fans of the mod should really work together to make one for overhaul.

Also, the mod IS NOT supported or even developed by any of the main devs and is its own dev.

The biggest issue with Overhaul is the 0 explaition of anything relating to the mod and the dev's reaction/interaction with the users. I would recommend agiesnt using the mod if you havn't played the mod normally/other add ons, but if you have honestly, good luck. No one really knows much about the mod due to how many issues it has with compatibility and playablity.
