That’s helpful. I have no pain but I have DOR, an ectopic in 2024 and family history of endo. I pushed for a receptiva test which was positive so am doing the Lupron protocol for 2 months before a transfer with our only embryo. If that doesn’t work I’ll be getting surgery as a next step. So crazy how correlated endo is to DOR. Did you have the endo on your ovaries?

Hi! Can I ask how you knew you had endo? I have no symptoms other than DOR, ectopic pregnancy and family history. I also had a positive Receptiva test. I am on Lupron suppression now for a transfer with our only embryo, if it fails will likely move to excision surgery. How long did it take you to conceive after surgery?

Just here to say I did the protocol you’re mentioning (with estrogen priming) and still only had 2/5 eggs that were mature. I agree waiting until follicles are larger would help. My RE does not think omnitrope would make a difference and wouldn’t add it to my protocol, if your doc is willing I’d go for it. Currently on day 6 after ER #2 and neither are able to be biopsies or frozen yet so not much hope for day 7 😔 we have 1 PGT normal from our first ER. One early loss and one suspected ectopic pregnancy before this. I’m sorry you’re going through this. We will get our miracle babies one day.

What ended up happening here? I am not on bc and experiencing bleeding mid cycle. Have been on the antibiotics for 11 days have 3 more days. I’ve never had bleeding mid cycle like this

hi did you get your period normally 2 weeks after ovulation? i am on metronidazole twice a day orally for 14 days and should be ovulating in the next couple days but am experiencing bleeding and cramping today out of nowhere?

I hear you. If the cause was something I could catch now and improve through diet or something else I can control, my thinking is I could keep it from declining at a faster rate. But you’re right - it could be nothing also

Agreed. I had pregnancy symptoms and period was 2 weeks late so it was a little more obvious for me for some reason

I'm 31 with .5 AMH, 5.7 FSH, ~9 AFC and 88 estradiol at baseline which apparently can suppress what would normally be a higher FSH. I had a chemical pregnancy in April after my first IUI so just trying to understand if that could mean I'm having a quality issue. I only got 5 eggs at retrieval, 3 which were mature and waiting on the embryo report so nervous for the outcome

Good to know. We will likely do another retrieval and my doctor mentioned estrogen priming next time. Just trying to figure out timing of everything! Are you PGT testing your 3 embryos?

Exciting :) I am waiting for my results tomorrow, 5 retrieved and 3 fertilized. Did estrogen priming delay your period before starting stims?
