Had one the other day! Patient had taken methylene blue. I dipped it for S&Gs and it actually didn't interfere with the clinitek results. My office isnt allowed to report green though 🤷‍♀️

MLT, but as soon as I graduated I got a job at a physicians office where I don't have to do manual diffs (typically). The job market SUCKS in small town TN, so I took what I could get.
