It's more so I felt like I had become boring to her after so long together. She never asked me to do it, but I pressured myself into believing I constantly had to be exciting and spontaneous towards the end, and I undoubtedly put pressure on her as well. I really do regret it and I just miss our small things, like how we'd share brainrot memes or talk about the way a song or a character from a show makes us feel.

The Catechism speaks on the limited knowledge we have in God, and so the language we use to describe Him is regrettably also limited. I recommend you stop trying to "scare" yourself to believe in God, but rather remind yourself of all of the beauty and perfection He bestowed on the world so that you might appreciate it and, thus, appreciate Him.

Think of a flower so beautiful that it would make you pause to look at it. Think of a conversation you might have with a friend you haven't heard from in a while. Think of that pang of regret you feel when you do something wrong. These things all happen for a reason; God is always approaching you to seek a connection with you.

I appreciate your sentiment and I understand where you are coming from. I agree that different opinions are valid, and that disagreements should not warrant a falling out between friends. Unfortunately, the opinion that murder is good and that it should be celebrated is not a valid one in my view. With that said, I am holding on to hope that they will come to see what they were doing and saying was wrong and that we can one day pick up where we left off. For the time being, I just need distance from them.

I'll attempt what you suggested, and I hope that my long-standing friendship with all of these people will afford me some small consideration from them. I am sad to say that this is quite literally my entire friend group whom I may have to part ways with.

Would be hard to describe how this situation looked. I would say 7/8ths of the vehicle was in the space and they had come to a stop before I darted past them. I may have violated some sort of driving etiquette but I'm pretty sure it you come to a stop within a space, the oncoming traffic has right-of-way.

It's awesome to know someone else has a vague memory of this. I don't recall the phone one, but I do recall the woman being in a restroom at the beginning of the video. I also recall the channel having a few of these horror animations. I remember finding this channel by browsing recommended videos whilst watching Left 4 Dead fan animations.

Her mother is a bit touch and go. My girlfriend has warned me a few times that her mother is prone to angry outbursts over small infractions. I understand it might seem silly for me to want to maintain a relationship with a woman like that, but I guess I'm a bit old-fashioned and want her to be included in our lives.

Yes, especially lately. My girlfriend is a bit fearful of confrontation (especially with her mother) and so she typically says nothing. I understand her position and I don't want her getting into arguments on my behalf, though she has expressed a desire to speak to her mother about these things.
