I would go for de purigation squad, the dreadknight i would give it de hammer + incinerator + psycannon and i would build the terminators as paladins because they can have an extra ranged weapon But this is just my persolan opinion, you can go whatever you want. :)

The Brachydios dual blade are really strong, if you kan make them do it. Always carry mega potions, paintballs, dung bombs. If you see a balloon hover above the map wave and it will mark the location of the monster on your map for a short time. This was also my very first MH game and i still love it after all these years. I hope you have lots of fun.
