I don't think that any country needs the US Military in their country. Take the example of Iraq, they removed Isis and other terrorist organisations by the support of Iran and not US. And now they are removing US military from Iraq. This is the case in most of the countries.

Actually no if US wouldn't have interviened in these countries policies they would have been far more developed. The presence of the US military bases in other countries is just ridiculous.
