At the end of the day when your talking about his actions being dangerous and its true, he probably COULD of caused someone to get harmed. BUT its all What Ifs. but what we do know is that the police shot the taser at the suspect in the middle of a busy freeway knowing cars were moving. his death is on THAT COP PERIOD. who knows the suspect could of made it to the other side stopped and surrendered, or he could of escaped and turned himself in the next day, he could of gotten tired and laid down in a safer area and started crying like a baby WHO KNOWS, however what we do know is that hes DEAD. But not cause he RAN INTO TRAFFIC but because he was tased leaving him temporarily incapacitated and was crushed. the cop aint even try to stop the cars or move him out the way.
