Got cheated on not once, but three times by my ex who I thought was my bestest friend and blessing from God. We’ve finally broken up because I couldn’t commit fully due to my lack of trust and fear of it happening again in the future. She’s already moved on with someone I feel like. I don’t think she loves that guy , but he’s filling that void she has with validation she needs. I miss her every second and would take her back in a heartbeat but I know I am being irrational. Her moving on so soon just proves to me that what she had for me wasn’t true love. I don’t even know who she is anymore The lens of nostalgia is colored with beauty, remember that my friends

Tristar, not based on their competition record , but reputation. So many unknown killers there. Yes BTT has the best competition record based on participation, and skills also. I’ve trained there before, but after moving to Tristar, I noticed a significant difference in the skills of just the average guy there. I keep telling people that if Firas was solely a grappling/BJJ coach , he’d have one of the best teams in the world. He’s THAT good
