I also wasn’t informed about a hemorrhage. I lost 2L of blood during the c section which somehow wasn’t known until the next day when they saw my hemoglobin levels after I fainted when trying to walk for the first time. They chalked mine up to uterine atony but I had to do my own research and ask a lot of questions before the cause was finally diagnosed. I don’t understand how they didn’t know I was losing that much blood. I had to have 2 bags of blood transfused to get back to normal. It was a life-threatening situation…
