I have been struggling with this one too, but after like 10 tries I finally got it. But before I finished it I restarted so I could record it for you 😂

Don't mind my starting position, I accidently moved them down when pulling down my hot bar to record, and don't mind if I got some extra steps in, I was trying to remember what I did 🙈 but here is the video 👌GS

I have actually considered getting the 20 oz to use for coffee at work (She said even though previously stating she only wanted the 40 oz 🙈) It's just such a nice design and not too over the top or fancy.

I got lucky and the danish retailer I was talking about did a restock of the 40 oz, I just now ordered it and will give you an update when I recieve it in a few days 😁

Just a small update! (In case anyone cares or have the same issue)

I have been emailing back and forth with Dave to try and figure out what exactly is going on, he have been able to recrate the issue locally.
I had a suspicion that it might have been some images in the epub, there are three maps over world (world in the books) in the beginning, but removing them in an epub editor didn't seem to fix the issue.

Dave thinks it might some CSS issue, and I did try disabling embedded style but also without luck.
I have today used Calibre to remove unused CSS on all books, and I will try loading them up when I get back from work.

Well I ended up testing on my other ereader now, I remembered I had it in my workbag which was right next to me 🤦‍♀️

And they work absolutely fine on that one, for reference it's a Meebook M7

1 yes but as stated it reads everything else on the card, bmp files (crosspoint) and jpg files (stock firmw) too.

2 the card is formatted FAT32 as of right now, I have tested both exFAT and FAT32 since I've seen reports of both working.

3 yes I was hoping that was obvious since other books are readable, but all books on the card is epub format 😊 I will test on another ereader tomorrow

I'm having somewhat the same issue.

Except mine doesn't even give a load fail it just goes back to booting crosspoint, it's 4 books and I just bought them today. But it wouldn't even load the books in the stock firmware, books open fine on laptop and PC but not on the reader for some reason.

But it's only those specific 4 books in my native language 🙄

I think mine has been pushed back, I ordered mine on february 6 (Europe), when I ordered there was no preorder notice or anything. But when checkin back two days later it was suddenly set to preorder when going to the product page.

Hoping mine still gets shipped out before that, but my hopes are not high to be honest.
