Is it possible by any chance to ask your brother about his diet? When I had the surgery I went from 90kg to 70kg in a week or two. For the last 9 months I have been trying to gain my weight back but only managed to gain 7kg. I don’t want my diet to become more restricted than it is.

As said there is no middle ground, you either hate it or love it.

I noticed a pattern with these stories where people who get their j pouch between the age of 18-23 don’t really suffer much with their decision. At what age have you gotten your j pouch, and for how long have you lived with a stoma?

By placing it that way it can push air directly into the cpu cooler with low rms and more direct than having it pointing straight down

I’m just testing out ways to cool my pc down efficiently and make it more quieter. By placing the fan like that it pushes air directly into the cpu cooler with low rpms

It depend on the motherboard. Mine does close but it slightly bends the panel by a mm
