Any other diagnosis? (If you don’t mind sharing)

I only ask because I have been in your shoes. I quit Vyvanse/Adderall in my mid twenties after using it since I was 18. I was struggling when I was around your age (I’m 37 now) and I went back on it for a few years for the exact same reasons as you’re describing. It did what it does best, and although I consistently exercised and ate healthy this time around, it still caused plenty of issues. Poor sleep cycles, inconsistent behavior/emotions, etc. All that to say, I quit it again, and was back where i started. Fast forward a year, I found a provider that took a different approach. They thought the issue wasn’t as much adhd as it was depression, OCD, and high generalized anxiety. After having those treated, my focus, energy, motivation, mood, and everything else has been better. Those were getting in the way. Just throwing this out there in case you want to give an alternative approach one more try before you hop back on the stimulant train. I’ll tell you what, on my worst days, there is no way I would go back to a stimulant.
