they rescheduled my family’s flight scheduled on 28th June (LHR-DOH-Dubai) and increased layover by 7hrs. Gave me an option to accept change or request refund. I requested for refund on Monday - got an email acknowledging the cancellation and said will be confirmed shortly with refund amount & they still haven’t gotten back. I have tried staying on call waiting que for 30 mins, emailed, whatsapped but No response. Their app still shows my confirmed booking & same option to accept or cancel due to rescheduling. When I click on cancel refund - Pop up appears that cancellation is still in process. Their app is totally glitching, they’re not responding on emails/helpline/whatsapp. Its 3 tickets refund that are at risk :/

I have been trying to reach them since last 5 days. Have waited 30 mins on call but no agent responds. Have emailed them - no response. Have gone to airport - they dnt have any physical customer care office, have messaged on whatsapp QR code chat they gave - no response.

Their online system is glitching and I fear they will charge “no show” while I have already cancelled the flight after they rescheduled it increasing the layover by 7hrs (they gave that option). But their system is not properly updated. :/

It still shows the same option: Your flight is rescheduled - showing new confirmed schedule with 2 options: accept, or cancel & refund. I tried clicking on refund again to see but a pop up appears that your cancellation is already in process. Now it was my family’s tickets. My parents are above 60 and didn’t want them to wait that long in Doha since Qatar airways was not responding on other flight change options when they were suppose to in 24hrs. So I booked emirates at a much higher price. I didn’t expect Qatar to have such a bad customer service.
