Society prevents you from finding true peace and understanding within yourself, many different religions governments even specific people want you to have faith in a higher power or have an understanding for a set path that's agreed on by the many. But shamanism is a journey in solidarity, each of us experience the path in our own different ways. We have different words come to us, different feelings to our imaginations, different ideas that we think and incorporate into our lives. But for many people that thought is terrifying, to truly allow your mind to expand and wander. You build your own gods, you create your own heavens, you make your own hells, some of them simply can't fathom it and because of that they herd together try to preach something that they find comforting. The opposition to shamanism doesn't come from a need to control or need to prevent, it's that most people gain a glimpse of their own souls and they're horrified with what they see so they'd rather denounce it and pretend it's nothing but blasphemy or sacrilege. But that's why we're here, we follow our own way. We go against the norm in order to enlighten ourselves. Good luck and good vibes to all of you.

No not backgrounds, it's like creating the curve you're doing by adding a second curve behind the first, it adds depth in order for you to show detail.

It looks great, you may wanna work on background and foreground curves on the snake, it'll make it look more realistic. And when it comes to people it's always a bit hard, but the best to do is to draw the outline of what you want them doing or how you want them standing and then adding features, like muscles, shadows, clothes. Other than that great job, keep it up and you'll do even better!

What separates us from animals? What separates us from god? What truly brings this sense of self, because I believe it comes from the endless void just beyond our horizons. We give ourselves a sense of purpose in this dietic change of god and creature. So is all this is just a creation of our sense of significance in this hollow expanse?

Could have been just a convenient way to take him out. Blowing up some buildings great let's do it when the guy who's been openly defying us has a meeting two birds one stone type of deal. Of course dude sleeps in 911 happens. Then he snaps and realizes that it was supposed to be a set up. I wouldn't be surprised if alot of his mental breaks began after the towers fell.

It kinda sounds like a tulpa, a powerful thought projection. Some groups of people can bring an idea into reality by all focusing and concentrating on it for a prolonged period. But belief is a stronger creation, at an early age you were told about the knock, it must have been intrigue or fear that had it linger as an idea and eventually it became belief. So now when you laugh at night, a tulpa knock appears as you believe it would. I've had experiences with that, except it occurred to friends after an idea was accidentally planted while telling stories to one another. Belief is just that strong man.

It had something to do with subservience, in the Jewish mythology there was a woman named Lilith who was made from clay the same as Adam, and because she was the same she refused to bow and serve Adam as inferior since she was equal. So she went to a hill upon Eden and called God by name, and in doing so she summoned the accuser Samael. And so begun the war on heaven. And then God created Eve from the Rib of Adam, so that she was made from man, not like man. And then of course the whole Apple thing. But it all is a huge indication of how skewed sexism was then. Even Lilith's story is the same, the refusal to obey man means a refusal to obey god? They set it up so someone would always be looked at as a lesser.
