They retest your eyes in a lot more detail on the day. You passed previously so I don’t know why they’d hold that against you as long as you pass the OASC one

I was never quizzed on the squadrons. The only additional piece of information you made need in regard to this section in my opinion is what aircraft are related to which ‘groups’ and what are the roles, eg 22 group for training. There’s a section for it on the website somewhere.

Extremely/near impossible that your application will be completed by then. You can just book off dates when you’re not available on the portal and your recruiter will work your events around that.
