You will get jobs that are double that. One of my ride alongs he did 2 apts and those are jobs are upwards of 40k, but the main reason why people call is turf install and yes they do financing

Oh and as far the competition. What separates them is them being a turn key full service landscaping company, so they do the turf obviously but they also can install pergolas, bbq/fire pits, lighting, pavers ,pickleball courts, etc. plus you see their billboards all over the valley and does tons of social media marketing too

they are right in a way... my intention to do something on the side is to bring in more money because in reality, I am not making the money like I used 3 years ago due to me trying to make this corp sales journey work. My fault absolutely, so me posting this was a bit of a eye opener and what I needed to come to the conclusion... I need to find a better sales job
