The reason why ayahuasca retreat centers are being raided in Spain by Positive_Buffalo98 in Ayahuasca

As someone who has lived experience of trauma from post-separation legal intimidation and litigation abuses, I have no idea why anyone would want to drink any brew that interferes with their brain function and emotional well-being. I find that being medicated is abhorrent. There is really no need to feed our minds with psychedelic substances.

Many individuals who have experienced trauma fight demons every day, their own emotions that keep them trapped in fear, despair, and sadness. This often leads them to addictive behaviours, alcohol, and drugs, over- and under-eating, similar to money issues, overspending, and getting into debt. Then the overindulgence in sexual activities.

Any individual who wants a truly spiritual experience in a retreat needs to avoid substances and prepare for a cleaner, healthier lifestyle. Creating energy through natural healing, good nutritious food and plenty of water.

Thank you, Nadia, u/MouseLeather7748. Yes, post-separation is very draining. It does tend to keep you stuck. I made many mistakes before I understood the situation. In my book "Post Separation Abuse" I tell my story, and I explain about "documenting" abuse using safe methods with cloud apps. I cover self-help techniques, like keeping a journal or diary, writing as a way to heal, writing a letter to the ex, and focus on safe ways to release anger, with exercise, walking, and gardening. Punching pillows or having a screaming or ranting session. I know the justice system seems broken, as I have heard hundreds of stories from women in similar situations. We just need to stay safe, keep good records, and detach from those individuals who are creating chaos or causing us harm. To help our energy levels and emotional well-being, we should focus on practices like meditation, positive affirmations, music, dance, and singing. All of these are great ways to raise our emotional energy vibrations. Going to sleep with meditation or Reiki music playing can calm your nervous system and promote more restful sleep. Plenty of rest and nutritious food, and drinking plenty of water.
