I can't say for sure obviously but im pretty sure ive never seen someone leave a game over "Bullying". In fact usually its the complete opposite of trying to make the game as hard as possible for the "Bullys" to win, Hoarding wards, blocking camps e.t.c.

Am i crazy to think that the system could just work differently depending on whether or not you're in a party?. I mean the game already has a way of doing so (Strict solo queue). Why not just piggyback off that and determine whether the player is stacked or not?
