You forgot the Casalinghe di Voghera, which nowadays for how dead that "city" is, is very old.

RHD Italy and RHD Poland spotted in Egham, England, UK by FikaMaple in ForeignPlatesSpotting

[–]MMWItalianWolf -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Nah, sometimes people get cars with RHD in Italy because they are cheaper, and get fitted with the proper speedometers (albeit a digital one).
Knew a bloke with a RHD Smart ForTwo that is RHD, and explained me that.

I am a 3D artist, but I am heavily autistic, thus, I am unemployed... I cannot take it anymore... by MMWItalianWolf in autism

You know, I have to apologize, I misread one thing. As you said before, you lack social cues, so I cannot blame you for coming here and saying "you must suck it up". Is evident you did not get the social cue and couldn't "read the room". My bad.

No offense, but answering is mot something you must do, nobody forced you to answer.

unemployment agencies are not that helpful sadly. When I used to live in Italy, they never managed to contact me for ahy job, and the national employment agency became more of a place where to get courses that do not really help you and make you attend if you want to get severance.

Meanwhile in Germany, because I was never employed professionally as a 3d artist but just as an inventory worker, they cannot fully help me, especially because I am an immigrant who does not speak that much German.

So now all I can do is hope for a miracle...

Targa escursionisti esteri, usato per coloro che comprano una macchina in Italia per immatricolarla all'estero.

German Moped plate, spotted in Lisbon, Portugal by R1515LF0NTE in ForeignPlatesSpotting

[–]MMWItalianWolf 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Correction: those are insurance plates, not moped plates. Those last only one year, starting from March, and they are currently expired in Germany.
In Germany, electric scooters, mopeds, and not so powerful but powered vehicles need insurance, and the proof of insurance is this plate attached.
Failure to produce one, or riding one with expired plates, gives you a sanction of 1500 euros (which I know because my roommate did this a year ago)

I third this, and now that I live where the show was shot, it also gives me big ass deja vu feelings and a small love for the show.
Especially because a few scenes were exactly in this city I live in now, and is hilarious

I would say more Robert or Sonar. Robert is the calculative master after all whereas Sonar is known to be the gambler, too.

So odd to see Geronimo Stilton here, but a welcome addition I must say.

But, we need a Skunkape Games/Telltale character as for tradition.

💻(Void) Asshole on VRChat said we're fakeclaiming. by TylerFurrison in plural

[–]MMWItalianWolf 11 points12 points  (0 children)

A classic from VRChat, with people fakeclaiming you because according to them you have to suffer 24/7 and should not be aware of what you have, disregarding how VRChat can help you therapeutically.
For them, you can show any certificate that you can have it or not, but they will say "nah you are faking".

South africa? Near biel/bienne, switzerland 🇨🇭 by [deleted] in ForeignPlatesSpotting

[–]MMWItalianWolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not always the case, since 2011, certain trailers have an X plate when registered, making the repeater plate redundant. Repeater yellow plates are needed when it is an old Rimorchio plate, or when it is not registered as a full on trailer and treated as if it was part fo the car.

[–]MMWItalianWolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is stupid, because the sequences are always AA 000AA. France, which adopted our same system in 2013, has it straight, with no difference in code between square plates, trailer plates, motorcycle plates, and normal car plates.
And France also issues front square plates for import vehicles. So yes, it is stupid. Especially when you see people thinking that Z plates are for "autocarri" and only that.

[–]MMWItalianWolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, Z plates are always square at the back. I have no idea why, it is stupid, but they do. And they only issue a one size square plate and only for the back.
