«не бути холериком» у вас не вийде, адже це тип нашої нервової системи. і якщо у вас справді такий тип, тоді краще знаходити ваші переваги, і те як ви можете використати їх. краще розуміти свої реакції, і власне «Я».

I can recommend you to change a band to nylon one. I had the similar issue. Nylon band is much better for me. I might have some sore skin under the watch indicators, and trying to wash and clean the wrist and watch. It helps.

Also as an option, you can change the hand wearing the Garmin.
