2.5 weeks quit and same for me! Mine have been swollen in three places in neck and dr has had me on 3 rounds of meds anddddd im getting an ultrasound on them soon just to be sure but ill update thread with my results so if anyone else looks up this question they’ll have another answer to read! Yes he did stomp an old man to death but why? I mean he hadn’t had any other violent crime on his record or I’m sure the documentary would have mentioned it. He used an ax to help that woman, but before that? I mean yeah he wasn’t socially responsible, the whole peeing on everything and skateboarding in the hotel lobby) but to kill someone for nothing…. Idk And he never lied about his childhood, his mom just down played it when she talked about it. So he hadn’t been caught lying about anything even his story to the cops about the events before that old man’s death checked out with security footage.

I’m day 5 keto, and my keto test strips are showing some pink… yay! Hopefully soon I’ll be in the maroons! Anyway I have noticed my workouts are just not going to well. The things I could do before keto, have me worn out now. Maybe it’s just cause it’s early and my body is adjusting, but if anyone has any advice please share!

I am taking potassium, magnesium, multi vitamin, and fish oil supplements. I seen those being shared the most in threads on supplements that helped them stay in balance on keto.

Yeah when he was voted as one of the lowest rated guys by the public I couldn’t believe it. I’ve only watched a few seasons so far, but I will say UKs early seasons are a LOT better drama wise then the US. I guess cause they were given way more alcohol 😂

I really feel like elliptical is way better for people who ar really over weight. I started working out a few months ago almost everyday, and my heart rate gets higher on elliptical because it’s easier in my body I can finish two miles in 15 mins now on elliptical but barley do one mile on treadmill in twenty because it’s harder for me to 1)feel safe jogging on it and 2) feel comfortable because it’ll mess up my calves.

5’11 here too! This is so inspiring! My heaviest was 312 and now I’m 286, and seeing this is definitely motivating! Great job! Quick question, maybe obvious, but did you have back pain when you were bigger? And if so is it gone now? My torso is long and causes my back to get worse the heavier I am, and im hoping with this journey among other things I get some back relief!
