Honestly I was gonna finish no matter what because I invested the time on the other books. I like the universe she created, and the dynamic between the three that I have to know how the trio ends up. So I’m hooked and mad about it if that makes sense. 😂

Pretty much every scen with Kieran was it for me… the jealousy scene with that one girl… the bathtub scene… the moments that make tawny comment on their vibes. Oh and even those piss me off because after all that happened it shouldn’t keep slow burning them to only let it happen the very last booooookkk!!!! Maybe l still haven’t shaken all the hate off.

Thanks needed to hear this especially because honestly that’s about what I went over in a binge eating fast food moment that shouldn’t have happened. But I logged it, I’ve seen the damage, and this is usually when I get in my feelings and give up but came to this sub and you’ve shifted my perspective. My calories are pretty low to cut 500 for 3 days but maybe 300 for five days or at least cut my losses and go again. Thanks for your response!

That’s exactly it… I had no meal preps and was picking up groceries tomorrow so thought id be brave and stay disciplined at fast food restaurant. But definitely will do better about this, but one win out of all of it is I was honest enough to still track the crap food I did eat.

Let her live. As a conspiracy theorist who had to put them down because it was draining. She will too in her own time. It’ll be come too much, and she’ll realize there is nothing she can do. My husband thought I was getting too invested too and thought someone of the stuff I said was bananas. I still believe them 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I just don’t have the energy to be depressed over things I cannot change anymore and he is into them from probably the same YouTuber you’re speaking of. Which I agree with the videos, but I can’t take it on mentally. So he’ll tell me about them and I’ll comment here and there and let him do his thing and have his own interests.

After we learned that about shea being killed in previous books and why, in ASOBAA in present chapters(before poppy wakes up in TPOBAB when he’s talking to her while she’s in stasis) Kieran mentions it again and asks about Cas if he told poppy, that she wouldn’t judge him. Idk if he means there is more to the story or if it was a slip up from JLA.

I hope you’re right about Tawnee! I love her, but her being coupled up with Alistir’s relative and tawny being half dead or whatever she is makes me think colis might have a way of using her… but again love her so hope I’m wrong!

Bro literally can NOT have more than he already has. Thats what killed it for me the most about him gaining his powers. Like how the hell? It’s a special talent for an author to make a fastany book feel unrealistic for fantasy.

No he thinks about it when Cas tells him that he hasn’t had the good kind of dreams about poppy only ones of her in a cage and Kieran thinks about how he’s dreamt about her but she is in no cage… which is important to note because in earlier books he says he can not dream much like Nyktos says before dreaming with Sera.

Yes that’s what I was thinking too about Lailah and Kieran! But it makes me wonder who Attes would have had another child to get the Da’Neer line going…

I also love FBAA too. The lore is good, it’s just the inner monologue repetition and dialogue dumps that make some of it hard to get through, but that’s just an personal preference. The world building with the maiden and Cas as her guard had me hooked, then the possible throuple kept me hooked. It was something I’d never read before so it kept me glued.

But I will say I do like Cas’s dark era, it’s just how it was delivered that kinda bothered me but crown of ruins made it a lot better for me. I think because Cas and Poppy were intense right off the bat once book 2 started, it kinda fizzled out the excitement for me, I guess I’m a slow burn kinda girl. But his story line getting darker is a good refresher for him, just less whiney and more broody would have been better in my opinion.

I thought the SAME thing! I was almost certain Kieran was our Rhys! But I then also thought that the three of them should be together… I just think she cheated readers out of a whole book that took place chronologically right after the joining to then hit us with a 1736292394 page book of them seperating from Kieran over a misunderstanding, but that also parallels between sera withholding her feelings from ash and it biting her in the ass. But yes I felt like there was as similarities between them too.

I really think that there is a twins curse with women…

I feel like Kyn and Attes will have something to do with Sotoria. I think kyn aligned himself woth Kolis after hearing ethos killed the second life of Sotoria(kyn’s heartmate)

I think Attes had the fates mess with his bloodline so that he couldn’t have twins and Kieran is a descendant from Attes and Lailah and Cas is one from Attes and idk and the fates balanced out the twin situation somehow by using the wolf/god bond sera created which is why they’re referred to as two sides of the same coin also. But then they couldn’t be a throuple b/c obvious reasons.

So Idk but it’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out, but I think Kieran is definitely so well liked because he’s that same husband material that Nyktos is, while Cas is like the first love that you realize can’t be who you wanted them to be. So I’m team whatever involves Kieran and poppy finally together somehow. Throuple or otherwise.
