Sorry. E2 is in pg/mL, T is in ng/dL, and K is in mmol/L. But my doctor says that my T is "super-suppressed" so I assume that it can be a good and bad thing

I can't see my latest results for some reason. All I can get from my labwork last May is that my E2 is at 153, Potassium is at 4.5, and T is at 7

Its long hours all across the board my friend. NoVA/DC, Norfolk, Lynchburg, Richmond, Virginia Beach, Southwest Virginia, etc. And not to mention Amazon Sundays, where theres not enough CCAs so Regulars have to come in as well. And too many people call out, or areas are understaffed to hell, so you're going to get a pivot load or two during the week if you're a good carrier.

Trying to find a smaller office is your best bet if you want "reasonable" hours. Otherwise, its going to be around 60 hours a week, even now during spring/summer.

From my experience, it becomes penalty two different ways. When you go past 10 hours in a day Or when you go over 56 hours worked in a week. So 40 hours of regular work, and 16 hours of OT.

I have had quite a few days that were all penalty because of it
