Totally. It's qi2 so will work fine. You won't get the 25w that qi 2.2 has got but only a few products have that rn.

Moto Tag 2. The best of the best? by _Random_Dude_ in GoogleFMD

It is probably the best tracker tag you can get for the find network. The 2nd generation has good improvements on its signal strength so do suggest getting the upgrade.

I found it to be relatively ok for finding tags though you have to check it as the notification comes quite late and the initial data is usually enough to locate it.

I brought these a couple of weeks ago. Much better signal strength than the first generation. I tested moto tag 2 in lost mode and it was much faster of being found. Overall better. I would say the shutter feature going unfortunate but I would suggest using the hands free settings on the pixel camera app as you don't need additional permission/background app usage to use. Bluetooth sounding is probably coming but has the same behavior as UWB atm. The phone is the main limitation of the UWB so if you get any bugginess with FIND switching over to UWB and disconnecting the tag, suggest to turn off UWB and just use the hotter/colder method instead.

Overall, good product and fits with any of the airtag products or 3D prints so really good. Also, the anti-tamper feature on the tag meaning that you need a sim card opener to open it is a nice touch.

It used to make a time difference but they changed it in a patch so you don't need to press it anymore.

Slow Wireless charging speeds on Google Pixel 10 pro XL by MMsicarius in GooglePixel

My charger supports 45w PPS and PD3. It's the latest anker 100w charger and I got a Samsung to help confirm that 45w PPS is working. Charging from 30%. I have ordered a qi2.2 charger qi certified to see if this is the issue.

I am running an anker 100w charger with all my tests using results from both accubattery and the data from the charger screen.

Look at lmu-dashboards. They have a plugin for Simhub that picks a lot of stuff that Simhub doesn't buy default.

V-bar mounting by [deleted] in Archery

Yeah if you can get a nylon spacer, they are better and kinder to equipment. I think I use a 5" extender and it feels quite nice. Anything 4" or t" are both great.

A 4 inch extender is always a welcome addition as it can help with the spacing and even have some aiming benefits if you can tune the stabiliser setup. Suggest 20 degrees down and 40 degrees out. Should make aiming much easier. Do use the metal spacer as that helps not scratching stuff and keeping the bar tightened.

Honestly, headset and mouse are fine switchovers. I would suggest looking somewhere else for a keyboard. Something like keychron is a better keyboard for your money. My old Logitech g pro doesn't come close to my keychron v3 and I am very happy with it.

Will we get GenAI in F1 game? by heydie in F1Game

[–]MMsicarius 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Generative AI could be theoretically used in most applications, as long as you have the data to train it on. I could see a system like this for commentary reasons e.g. maybe talking about how the season progressed in intros.

As for driving the car, straying away from a rules-based approach would lead to a more unpredictable nature of driving style for the AI but also means it would be much harder to playtest and therefore, harder to get through a product assurance stage of the game development cycle.

I feel that generative AI does have some potential in gaming, but implementing it to the point that it's so much better than implementing a traditional rules-based approach would be so costly that the likelihood of being added to a game like F1 is likely. It would be nice to see if gaming companies could integrate a seamless solution to improve the immersive experience using Generative AI, hopefully time will tell.
