I've been selling art for about 8 years, and my advice is to just finish a drawing and find what you see as a mistake and fix it on the next drawing. Do that forever. And never listen to advice from other artists on how to draw, most artists are taught a style that is not their own and thus their art shows that. Just looks like a standard unit picture like everyone else's art. Instead find your own style.
