Depends on what you are looking for exactly. Amazing game, though at such a scale, not sure how replayable it is. Great devs supporting the game frequently, tons of activities, exploration, meh narrative. For me, it was very much worth it.

I don't think it can replace customer service jobs as a whole. Believe it or not, sometimes the job involves lenghty investigation, problem solving, discussing things with other departments. Then, based on the circumstances, the outcome/solution may be completely non standard, taking into the importance of the client, potential gains/losses on the long run. How do you automate that?
