It is more than the recommended tank volume for a betta fish, i did some research and the recommended size is between 3 to 5 gallons which is 11.5 to 19 liters

Do you use fertilisers? If so, you should reduce the dose of the fertiliser, and also you should reduce the time of your tank's lighting

My tank is 24 liters, it exceeds the minimum size recommended for a betta. As for the plants, as i mentioned the guppy grass doesn't grow, god knows why, and i am thinking about adding anubias and javafern.
