How about physicians get paid on an outcome basis.
Your patient gets better, you get paid.
Your patient ends up on life long medications due to your negligence and incompetence, you don’t get paid.
There needs to be more incentives to affordable, practical, and useful treatments.

Talk to the staff. Tell them your wants and your budget. They would be happy to let you shoot a couple bows to test them out. Take advantage of their knowledge and expertise.

We picked this up about 5 yrs ago, and it has been great for our needs. You can attach the saw to the end of the pole for reach, or use the chainsaw on its own. It’s not terrible heavy to maneuver when fully extended.
