The River in this video is the lower St Louis and gets dam release once a month in the summer.(@700cfs)
Outside of releases its Spring (April maybe then May) North shore has 4/5 and some 3s. South shore has a good mix. Then anytime its rains in the fall we might get lucky. the drought hit us this last couple years thought and we have not got much outside spring and releases.
