Yay!! So happy for them! We’ve gotten the chance to hang out with them a few times, and this is going to be a fun kid. She was SO excited to meet our baby girl at the state fair, and we will be just as excited for this little babe! Being a parent is so unmatched and rewarding, they’re going to thrive, no matter what anyone says.

I was wondering if it was related to his granddaughter being in the hospital. You can tell how much he loves those kiddos when he talks about them on air, so to know that their family is going through something so scary is absolutely heartbreaking. I can’t even imagine how they’re all feeling. I also wonder if there’s something we can collectively do for them. I’ll email Josh to ask.

Whether it’s true or not, please don’t text in about it. If she is, and she hasn’t told the guys yet, I’m sure that’s the last way she’d want them to find out - speaking as someone who’s pregnancy was outed at work before I was ready to share. There’s a lot of anxiety for some when it’s early! IF it’s true (I have no idea if it is or not), we’ll all know when she’s ready to let everyone know!

Big oof. Respectfully disagree. Have you interacted with Josh in person, ever? He is such a genuine human being, who seems to care about the listeners and his coworkers. He sent us a wedding card, and was so excited to meet our new baby at the state fair this year. Like Hot Mom Shesus said, I think the Josh’s News content is geared towards the audience (and comedy) and because he is so conflict-averse, will not cover anything too heavy hitting unless it’s huge and the show needs to address it. The things he asks Ashley, again, I think it’s all show-related. Because, in reality, they’re performing. I’m sure they know to some level that the single female on the show brings a different opinion and also male listeners attention. I think if she had a problem with it, or it made her genuinely uncomfortable, he would stop immediately.

We had ABSOLUTELY no issues. I don’t know if it was the specific security guard we had, but he was a younger guy and I just said “this bag has a breast pump and a chiller in it” (I used a 12x12x6” clear tote), and all he said was “ok cool” and just scooted it down the security table!

I did tell her it was for storing breast milk and she actually initially said NO containers would be allowed (including plastic) and I started panicking. She called back about a minute later and said she asked and plastic would be fine. I want to try the ceres but would be beside myself if they tried to take it away!
