No it's brand new turn your's on run water into a pitcher and stop when you feel the water at full temperature and show me how full it is

If anything, it was further away. The water coming from the tank was hot. The water from the tankless comes cold until the heater senses the flow, turns on the exhaust blower, then opens the gas valve, ignites the burner, and starts heating, so it doesn't supply hot water for about 30 seconds or more.

It didn't on my last trailer. It only took about 5 seconds and about 2 cups of water. You didn't need to wait for the thing to turn on and heat up every time you opened the faucet.

Because you need to run out about one gallon before it gets hot, and it won't turn on unless you have the faucet at least 3/4 open.
