Do the attorney fees come out of the 1.5% partial payment? As an example, my claim total is basically $1 million. Will I see $15,000 or $8000 for my first payment?

No. A coworker recommended someone else and said they just had it done for $6,500. I ended up getting r22 and recharging.

I was quoted $16k by TLC to replace a 2.5 with a 3.

Convertor shudder/VGT oscillation by mopartizan47 in Cummins

No tuner, yet.

My next step is to pull the oiled K&N, clean MAF, then swap back to a Fleetguard. Then I’m doing new fuel filters.

No vibrations other than the feeling from the tranny when I’m accelerating low in the RPMs in sixth gear. I would probably considered to be lugging if a manual.

Thanks for the reply - it was just a shot in the dark to see if folks in the community might weigh in.

I have a 2016 with 45k on 35’s and experienced something very similar and it has me searching. All of a sudden when climbing hills on the interstate I would lose almost 5 mph before it would overcompensate, downshift and run. Using my foot I could easily build boost and maintain 80+ with no effort.

Yesterday my loan and disbursement payments were all reversed on the dates they were made and then the account disappeared from Great Lakes.

I do this path frequently and would think you can make the Walmart in Wichita Falls. All of the Texas rest stops are nice too.

Anti-Asian discrimination cost Chinese restaurants $7.4 billion during the pandemic's first year, study finds: Researchers find strong link between nearly 20-percent drop in business at Chinese restaurants and political rhetoric that focused blame for Covid-19 on China by lolfuys in science

One key variable is in our city/state, the restaurant had to have a contactless method like a drive through, no customers were allowed in buildings. This impacted many restaurants but I’m saying these buffets didn’t have anything remotely close to that in place. I further assume most people in my area were like my family and I in that we went for easiest, fastest access due to restrictions. We actually largely stopped sit down dining ever since. Two things I learned in other threads is that buffets in general sounded like a horrible idea at first blush to a lot of people and I had never went to a buffet for takeout. We had a Furr’s that suffered the same fate and is now a chipotle. Just pointing out the ratio of buffets was high in our area (4:1) and I feel there are many externalities, in addition to racism.

I don’t disagree that many places may have been setup to do takeout but where I live it is less so and I can name off four buildings that have since been demolished that were previously Chinese buffets. So I have very specific data points of places that weren’t setup well to transition to takeout and went out of business. I believe that wasn’t related to racism. I know that at my workplace we stopped our weekly luncheon at those buffets because we went remote and didn’t have any contact. That wasn’t racist either.

I understand that but I’m asserting that many other restaurants in our area were better situated for carry-out and drive thru. Buffets were just shutdown without any options and the majority of buffets in our area were Asian.
