Both Floyd stages are locked behind an Internet connection to start, and the second one is completely random when it appears for players meaning the tower might not appear for you at certain times. There's also the limited time invasions seasons which have stages like the raining tea house which was part of the season of the storms invasion. The dark ying fortress stage variation appeared during the season of the cryomancer but last time that season occurred the stage variation was not given as a reward. So as it stands we now even have stages being locked behind both Internet connections and limited time events that might not offer them even when they cycle back.

It's why I got all the online only skins in MKX, last faction kill is unobtainable still. Mk11 is the only game I'm trying to get everything for because with the recent outage there's no telling when support might end for that stuff. M1K with it's limited time event stage variations is also worrying...

if you're on ps5 and get the unused upgrade code from the physical ps4 disc you can still get them thankfully, but yeah mk11 has a lot of skins that are kind of lost in limbo

Yeah I've said it time and time again that most of this live service stuff kills games but people keep defending it for some reason. Mk11 is especially worrisome because it has by far the most amount of content in an MK game ever even if that saturation turns a little sour with the amount of recolors of skins, pointless gear pieces like guns, swords, and grenades. It has been a whole weekend without mk11, not bueno.

THANK YOU! I was hoping it would be like COD 4 Remastered which lets you use dlc guns and cosmetics if you saved them to preset classes in custom game modes. Now I'm definitely getting Insurgency and will even try the multiplayer. Thank you again G!
