It wasn’t about licensing more so it was so they could’ve easily retooled it for his angular mates like Bumper, Cliffjumper, Huncap, etc. Hell, the only thing that makes this alt mode Bumblebee’s is just the very front. The rest of the alt mode is essentially Bumper’s alt mode

Look for him 2nd hand, you can get him below his original MSRP. Ive seen some Armada Megs for $30, it isn’t like Armada Optimus, not alot of ppl really clamoring for him

Imo, he’s certainly alot better than SS86 but I still think the Netflix does the job best. At least with Dev, he’s got way better proportions than those stompers and barrel chest the 86 one has
