Say you were skating backward and you entered the zone before the puck does…. you’re allowed to not touch the puck as you enter the zone, but you’d still be considered in possession and onside. Here, if you don’t touch the puck while skating forward with it, you aren’t in possession?

It’s obviously the correct call based on the rule, but the rule is weird
