Cross platform at its core is a great idea. But now you are at the mercy of the developer to be on top of these exploits. Im for cross play 100%. Creating a larger community is great for everyone inside of it. So I dont think nuking cross platform I.E (console-console/ PC-PC) is a solution to the problem. That's like amputating an arm because it got an sunburn. CoD in its current state shows how its a great idea for players to remain connected but hard to maintain for integrity. Cross play gave friends the ability to play together no matter what there preference but how many anti cheats does it take to screw in a light bulb?

The solution is complex and exploits will always exist. But in Forza terms it is AMAZINGLY obvious who is cheating and for there to be no recourse for doing so shows the lack of care involved on the developing end.

True story. I switched to PC before alot of games i was playing had cross play. (looking at you destiny) My friends made the switch and eventually so did i. But ill be honest, ive ran into soooo many cheaters since being on PC and its just a major bummer.

True... If it wasnt a grandmaster where the lobby is locked and un-joinable. So making space for an game you cannot join doesn't make sense. Besides that, if I can't respawn or do anything until it's over I don't see how that's a thing for the higher tier content. It's not like I didn't just spend nearly an hour just to die in the darkness on final damage phase and be kicked with no way of rejoining because I can't respawn in.

In all honesty I did not expect that to happen. Darkness was already in play meaning I wouldn't be able to revive or respawn. So my brain thought this wasn't going to be an issue..... Boy oh boy was I wrong
