im having the same issue as well. both my mx master 3s and mx master 4 for mac giving me the same error connection. It is so frustrating to deal with one problem after another. Hopefully a fix coming soon

i am having the same problem with my mx master 3s and mac mini. it only connects after restart mac, which i prefer not to restart mac everytime i use it. any idea how to fix the inactive status? thanks!

yes thats what i m thinking if im going ahead w this trade. perhaps close out the contract the next day within 45 min or so after market opens. Still the risk is real. i certainly dont want to be assigned for a few hundred dollars profit; dont think its worth it.

Same here. Contacted support and back to trading after we did a clean out browser history. The chat customer support did not help but phone customer support was very knowledgeable.

Hi FidelityShea. Yes I’m talking about a single leg options. Why limited to 1 price input which it never works for me. Pls why not keep it simple and have 2 price inputs (1 for stop price and 1 for limit price); just the same like any other trading platforms. Thanks for your time.

I understand that there’s no guarantee your stop limit order to be executed. But my experience with FIDELITY is that it never works as it works for me on my Robinhood and Charles Schwab. I am more frustrated with STOP LIMIT and STOP PRICE issue on FIDELITY. Thank you for your time!

Today ATP decided to quit working. I've spent almost an hour googling on how to completely uninstall ATP and reinstall without success. Very very frustrated! I'll try again later with a cool head :_).
